Welcome to the Business Performance homepage. The main objectives of the Business Performance team are:
- To deliver useful and timely financial information for management decision making;
- Assist the University in the planning and management of capital assets, ensuring that resources are efficiently invested;
- Undertake operational budgeting, resource allocation which is congruent with the ECU long term and strategic plan.
