Ina Marais Financial Services Manager, leads the Financial Services team within FBSC. Financial Services owns the University’s Financial and HR systems. We are also responsible for managing the University’s business processes, forms and procedure documentation that these systems support. We offer the following services:
Financial Accounting & Treasury
- Statutory Financial Reporting to external stakeholders.
- Oracle General Ledger Maintenance and Administration.
- Cashflow management and reporting.
- Fixed Assets.
- Advice on foreign exchange gains/losses and hedging.
Taxation
- Information and advice on GST, FBT and other Taxes and their application to ECU.
Revenue & Bookshop Accounting
- Revenue & Bookshop Accounting.
Shared Services
- SS - Finance - Payables.
- SS - Payroll and Personnel.
